Gasp!!!…

Not a team workout on not a weekday?!  Though it may appear as damn near blasphemous, today’s workout will rely solely on your capacity.  If you are planning on enjoying this workout, make sure you keep the runs at a good pace and be smooth through each and every lift.  Getting sloppy on the lifts will lead to wasting energy and once that spills over into the running, this will go from bad, skip right through worse, and sail right over to miserable.  Stay upright and stay focused.

Don’t forget that the Gym is closed tomorrow for the marathon.  A workout will still be posted for home.
